What this site is (and isn't)

TODO(legal): State plainly that carboncompliance.in is marketing content and the exposure calculator is an indicative estimate — not a compliance filing, not legal or tax advice. This distinction already appears on the calculator itself; it needs to be the legally operative statement here too.

Acceptable use

TODO(legal): Standard acceptable-use terms for the marketing site and calculator (no scraping, no reverse engineering, etc.) — have counsel draft against however the calculator and contact form actually behave.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

TODO(legal): This is the section most likely to matter in practice, given the subject matter — get counsel's language on liability for anyone who relies on the calculator's indicative output rather than a real filing.

Governing law and jurisdiction

TODO(legal): Confirm the entity name and registered jurisdiction once decided — this page cannot state either without inventing them.
